At its heart, Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill is a family restaurant serving healthy and fresh Mediterranean style food, popular with the on-the-go, health-conscious dining public.

Asked to update the Garbanzo brand, our team created a new interior design concept for roll-out in all their new locations.  Inspiration for the interior palette began with the warm colors of the ingredients of authentic Mediterranean cuisine.  Lively textures patterns animate the space, and custom wallcovering tells the story of fresh food, as if dashed on a handwritten recipe.  A few outdoor elements in the mix evoke the spontaneity of dropping by a favorite local food truck, or just chancing upon a pop-up foodie event.
